Kyle Kuzma claims that "there is something wrong" with the Lakers after the defeat to the suns | Bleacher's report

The Los Angeles Lakers do not look good right now, and they know it.

After the Lakers' 118-109 loss to last place in the Phoenix Suns on Saturday night, forward Kyle Kuzma was questioned about how the Lakers can get out of their current doldrums. By Tania Ganguli of Los Angeles TimesKuzma said: "Honestly, I'm not even sure, obviously there is something wrong with this team, it's up to us to try to fix it."

L.A has lost four of his last five games and eight of his last 11 games, with embarrassing defeats against the Suns and 21-42 Atlanta Hawks. At 30-33, the Lakers are about to miss the playoffs.

LeBron James has competed in eight consecutive NBA finals, and it is almost certain that this series will end this season. L.A. is now 4.5 games away from the Los Angeles Clippers, who currently hold the last place in the Western Conference playoffs.

The next Lakers game is against the Clippers on Monday, and it's a must. In fact, each of the remaining 19 games of the Lakers must be considered a win. The problem is that 12 of those 19 games are against teams of .500 or better.

In James' first season as a Laker, chemistry was rare with his teammates. This relationship became even more difficult after the Lakers' very public pursuit of New Orleans Pelicans star striker Anthony Davis before the Feb. 7 deadline.

Since the deadline, the Lakers are 3-6.

After losing to the Pelicans without Davis on February 23, James noted that the injuries had "harmed the team", per NBA TV. James missed 17 games in December and January because of a groin injury, and during his absence, the leader Lonzo Ball fell with a ankle sprain and stay outside.

However, it was James' comments after a defeat against the Memphis Grizzlies on February 25 that drew more attention: "If you always let the distractions affect the way you play, that's the bad franchise you belong to. . " Although it's not clear if James was referring to a particular distraction, many have speculated that he was referring to the trading deadline.

As for Kuzma, the 2017 overall selection No. 27 averages 18.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in 59 games so far this season.

At the break of the stars, Kuzma said Justin Termine from SiriusXM NBA Radio, "I'd rather talk bad in LA than playing Orlando and not talking about him."

Well, people talk about the Lakers, and that certainly falls into the "bad" umbrella.
