Kylie jenner makes her health and fitness a priority in 2021, but she isn’t turning to expensive exercise programs or adopting a strenuous diet to do so. Instead, the keeping up with the Kardashians star started a simple routine that keeps her full, focused and in shape.

While Jenner recently revealed her top order from McDonald’s to the world, including Spicy Chicken McNuggets, French Fries, and Cinnamon Buns, she’s been trying to eat healthier most of the time. One of the biggest changes she’s made? Adopt an essentially vegetable diet, like big sister Kim kardashian.

In a March 28 post to her Instagram Stories, Jenner revealed her dinner of cooked broccoli, sweet potato and quinoa. “I’m really trying not to eat meat, so here’s my little dinner,” she captioned the clip.

Jenner’s workout plan doesn’t involve expensive personal workouts – he’s actually pretty relaxed. On March 28, Jenner posted a photo of her workout – a 3.5 mile run / walk – in her Instagram Stories. “Cute little Sunday,” she captioned a photo of her progress.

It’s not just the running that keeps Jenner in shape, however. The founder of Kylie Cosmetics has openly stated that he prefers to forgo the gym in favor of a toning routine at home. In 2020 she said Harper’s Bazaar, “I never end up in a gym. I find myself on my bedroom floor looking on Google or Pinterest and doing sit-ups, lunges, squats – all that good stuff.”

Although Jenner has admitted to having enjoyed everything from In-N-Out to Fritos in the past, she says she tries to avoid eating late at night. So how does she fight her late night junk food jones?

“I avoid late night cravings because I lock myself in my room and turn on my television – I feel really comfortable – and pre-slice an apple near my bed,” says- it.
