Lady Gaga’s dad calls on investigators to launch the book about the dogs who stole his daughter’s darling doggies and shot her dog walker.

Hours after his daughter’s French Bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, were safely returned to the Los Angeles Police Department, Joe Germanotta said he wanted the two napper dogs to be charged with assault and attempted murder.

“Leaving Koji and Gustav unharmed was fine, but they should be punished for what they did to Ryan,” Germanotta told Fox News. “Special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the emergency room.”

Gaga’s dog walker Ryan Fischer was shot dead Wednesday night while walking his three puppies. He managed to fight off the third dog, Miss Asia, from the attackers.

Lady Gaga, who was in Rome at the time, offered $ 500,000 for the return of the dogs.

“I am relieved that Ryan is doing well and that Koji and Gusatv have been found. Thanks to LAPD, ”added Germanotta.

The LAPD is looking for the two suspects, described as two black men between the ages of 20 and 25.

Germanotta, a Manhattan restaurateur, told The Post this week the family was sick from the dognappings.

“It’s like someone has taken one of your children,” he said.
