EXCLUSIVE

The cops are looking for who tried to kill someone during the last week Nipsey Hussle vigil.

According to a new search warrant obtained by TMZ, the day after Nipsey's murder in front of The Marathon Clothing, two people were shot dead during the evening, one in the elbow and one in the lower back and buttocks. The woman who was shot in the buttocks said that she heard "a series of sudden and rapid shots coming from an unknown direction".

The police believe that the gunman or shooters tried to kill someone and they think that everything was captured on the Marathon surveillance video. The affidavit reads in part, there is a "monitoring system [that] captured the events leading to, and after the attempted murder of unknown victim ".

The LAPD asked a judge to order the seizure of video material located inside the mall's stores, including Marathon.

Lawyers say employees at all companies refused to hand over their equipment.

And there is this … the affidavit says: "The Marathon store has been involved in many investigations where the surveillance video was removed by the staff / management, before the arrival of the police . "

As you know, the firing triggered an outburst and 19 people were injured.

It's interesting … although the warrant indicates that someone was trying to commit murder, the cops said that shortly after the vigil, there seemed to be no evidence of gunfire.
