A criminal complaint and an affidavit accused a North Dakota man of attempting to deceive the surveillance video and then laundering his weapons and clothes after killing four people.
Chad Isaak is charged with murder during Monday's attack on RJR Maintenance and Management in Mandan, a town near the capital Bismarck. The four dead were RJR employees.
Investigators say that the surveillance video shows Isaak entering RJR dressed in brightly colored clothes, and then leaving in dark clothes after the murders. According to them, a search at his home revealed a knife with the tip of the curved blade, parts of a handgun and clothing all bearing traces of bleach.
The complaint also states that nine cases were found at his home. The victims were reportedly shot nine times. The victims were also stabbed.
The complaint does not give a possible motive.

The owner of a mobile home park where lived a man arrested in the killing of four people living in North Dakota said that the suspect "never attracted attention" .
Forty-four-year-old Chad Isaak is due to appear in court Friday, one day after his arrest, on suspicion of killing the owner and three employees of the company that ran the mobile home park. The police said that he had shot and stabbed the victims, but that they still had no motive for these murders.
Rolf Eggers says that he bought the mobile home park in Washburn last fall and Isaak "came with the park". Eggers says that he did not know Isaak. He says the neighbors have never complained about him.
The mobile home park is located in Washburn, about 56 km from the Mandan Management Company, RJR Maintenance and Management.
Eggers says that he was not contacted by law enforcement.

A chiropractor suspected of killing four people in a North Dakota property management company must appear in court.
Chad Isaak, 44, is jailed after his arrest Thursday for killing the company's owner and three employees in Mandan. Authorities say that he shot and stabbed the victims.
Mandan Police Chief Jason Ziegler said the authorities still had no motive, but that Isaak was living on a property managed by RJR Maintenance and Management. Police found the bodies on Monday.
Isaak was scheduled to appear in court Friday afternoon. He has not yet been formally charged.
He lives in Washburn, 56 km north of Mandan.
