Bad weather delayed the departure of the Gander RV 400 on Sunday at the Dover International Circuit (FS1, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio). The culprit was the rain in the area and the green flag's original time of 2:10 pm.

The crawler drying was done with six Air Titans, four jet dryers, two crawler vacuum cleaners and two tractor mops used. Introductions for drivers were underway at 2:25 pm AND.

Sunday's race is scheduled for 400 laps, the first two stages being each of 120 laps. Chase Elliott will start in pole position in the No. 9 Chevy NAPA Brakes for Hendrick Motorsports. Teammate William Byron is also in first place in the # 24 Chevrolet Axalta.
