The average price level of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products increased by 5.2%. Prices for alcoholic beverages rose 5.1%, with alcohol and spirits predominating. Prices for tobacco products increased by an average of 5.4%
Prices for goods and services related to housing rose 4.3%. In the health care group, the average price rose by 3.2%, while prices for solid fuels, heat, water, water, housing, garbage collection and sewerage were higher.
