At the castle park scene of Cēsis on July 14, creative composers of Imants Kalnins are invited to the annual Imanta Day. The concert of this year will be organized in three parts, with the participation of the groups "Turaida Rose", "Raxtu Raxti" and "Bus in the Sky", the organizers will inform the portal "Delfi".

In the first part of the concert, composer Imants Kalniņš has prepared a special program with the texts of many well-known Latvian poets, perpetuating the tradition that the first part of the concert pays great attention to a poet. from year to year.

In the performance of "Turaida Roses" and soloists Olga Rajecka and Uģa Roze, well-known and lesser-known songs will resonate with the lyrics of Imants Ziedonis, Zoja Zandergga, Rainis, Ojars Vācietis , Broņeslavs Martuževs and Juozas Ozmanis.

In the second part of the concert, after a long break on the scene of the castle park of Cēsis, the musical badociation Raxtu Raxti will visit Imants Kalnins in folk music arrangements.

The final part of Imanta is dedicated to the group "Bus in heaven", which will bring together crowded and lively musicians.

The Bigband of the National Armed Forces will accompany the band's musicians on stage. In the repertoire, many generations will love the songs of Imants Kalnins in the arrangements of Jēkaba ​​Ozoliņa and Madara Kalniņa.
