Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited US President Donald Tramp to Moscow. The White House is open to the invitation.
Putin said he wanted to continue the talks in Helsinki and maintain the highest level of contacts with the United States. He said that "everything can not be spoken on the phone."
This would be the third time the two leaders meet. Tramps also plans to meet Putin at the G20 summit to be held in Argentina late November
Tramps also called Putin to the White House, but this visit was postponed until the investigation into the Possible interference of Russia in the US elections will continue.
The previous meeting of Putin and Trampa took place in Helsinki on July 16, after which Tramps was sharply criticized for defending his country's interests and even accusing him of treason. In Russia, however, this meeting was considered as a step towards a friendly settlement between the two countries
