Last night, the car carved balustrades in the building of Jurmala City Council, according to the LETA agency. Zane Leite, public relations representative of Jurmala City Council, told the LETA agency that a slight superficial damage to the facade of the building had been damaged during the accident.
The photos posted on the Internet show that the car was overturned on the side of the building and arrived at the scene.
