Ventspils will sign a memorandum of cooperation agreement with the Latvian National Theater

The municipality of Ventspils SIA Kurzemes Filharmonija will sign today a letter of intention of cooperation with the National Theater of Latvia, informs the specialist of marketing and public relations, Antra Lācberga.

Tonight, at the 19th theater "Jūras vārti" will be held the Latvian national theater show "Mežainis". Before the show, the Ventspils City Council, the Kurzeme Philharmonic and the Theater will sign a tripartite Memorandum of Intent to cooperate until December 31, 2020, with the aim of providing three performances per year to the people of Ventspils .

In order to promote the accessibility of professional art, the city has entered into minutes with all Latvian professional theaters. The first cooperation agreement with the national theater was signed in 2004.
