Verus Praedium's fiscal year lasted from September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018.
In the previous financial year, Verus Praedium recorded a loss of € 257,471.
The company's annual report indicates that the last fiscal year has put into operation a store in the municipality of Stopiņi, which is leased to the IKEA furniture and household goods chain.
Verus Praedium is the sole owner of FE Corporation BVV registered in the Netherlands. The true beneficiary of the company is Jons Palmbadon, an Icelandic citizen.
