The organizers of the picnic point out that the Deglava bridge is closed to traffic. A large public space, inaccessible to people, has been released. Organizers invite picnic participants to bring tables, chairs, blankets, soft drinks, musical instruments, games, jump ropes, bicycles, roller skates and other "things" interesting things that will make the picnic even more fun.
The picnic begins at 16 years old.
Ilze Jurēvica, spokesman for state police, said the Deglava Bridge is open to pedestrians and cyclists. It will therefore be possible to evaluate the picnic expressions only at his departure.
She also pointed out that the information available on Facebook suggest that the picnic would not take place on the closed part of the bridge, but rather on the other.
