He died Saturday at Houston Texas Methodist Hospital, announced NASA (US National Authority for Aeronautics and Space).
Bin was in space twice: in 1969, during his second American flight to the satellite, aboard the Apollo 12 satellite, and in 1973, during an expedition bound for the US space station Skylab, orbiting the Earth.
Bin spent 69 days in the space.
