The public initiative portal "Manabalss.lv" has started to collect signatures to limit public support to parents who choose not to vaccinate their children.
As pointed out the representative of the initiative, Maris Antons. He wants to protect the child and the rest of the public through vaccination, giving children all the necessary vaccines as soon as possible.
The initiative called for the suspension of "maternity pay" and the creation of paying children's gardens for children and their parents who chose not to proceed with the planned vaccination for unreasonable reasons.
Anton emphasized that this is necessary to ensure that parents actively protect the health of their children through vaccination. In his opinion, such motivation also requires financial incentives.
"It is therefore necessary to limit the aid provided by the state to parents who choose not to vaccinate their children without respecting the recommendations of the vaccination schedule of the State of Latvia in the case of diseases Therefore, parents would be encouraged to protect their children and reduce the likelihood that unvaccinated children would endanger the health and lives of children and their families, "said the report. ;initiative.
As noted, despite the efforts of the resuscitologists, two children died in one month at the Children's University Hospital (BKUS), which did not receive timely and appropriate medical care in the twenty-first century.
One of the children suffered from a long cough and died from serious complications because she was not vaccinated. The second child did not receive a mandatory dose of vitamin K after delivery, which resulted in bleeding disorders and bruising to the brain, resulting in the death of the child.
"The two accidents could not have happened if health professionals and parents were keen to take into account modern, proven, evidence-based and evidence-based medical information and practices," says the expert. BKUS.
According to data from the Center for Disease Prevention and Control, since 2010, 15 children have died from vaccine-regulated diseases, including pertussis, influenza, tuberculosis, hepatitis B and Haemophilus influenzae (Hib). ).
