Matter to Matter is an installation that uses natural materials (wood, water) and reflects the role of nature in Latvian culture and in everyday life. As we know, 52% of the territory of Latvia is covered with forests, while cities are lakes, rivers and the sea near cities. The inhabitants of Latvia live in close relationship with nature. We expected to propose sustainable forestry that would contribute to the natural regeneration of the ecosystem, thus promoting the global ecological movement. The task of the Latvian industry of design, architecture and technology in the 21st century is to think with foresight and create a socially responsible design.

Artūrs Analts points out: "With the rapid development of technologies and modern cities, environment and nature, which is so important for Latvian culture."

The author of the object of 39 Inspired art from his hometown of the Riga Forests and surrounding area, influenced by the proximity of the Baltic Sea, creating a unique atmosphere and climate. The "magic" effect of a visually simple glbad substrate is transformed into an interactive communication platform, which reconstructs all known physical phenomena – condensation. Visitors to the exhibition will be invited to leave their message on the surface of the glbad, just as in childhood, when it was attracted to the recovered window

Matter to Matter symbolizes the core rational and stable situation in Latvia. preserve the national language and culture. The installation creates a kind of meditative space, where visually and emotionally demonstrated the eternal bond of nature and people.

Arturs Ants was born in Riga in 1991.
