For such crimes, the law provides for deprivation of liberty for up to one year or temporary detention, forced labor or a fine. It should be noted that after the state has calculated the damage to the economy, the criminal proceedings will probably be reclbadified in accordance with the article on the storage or sale of petroleum products in large quantities for which a more severe sanction is imposed.
