Interpol is looking for an ex-Estonian resident, Abdurrahman Sazankov, as part of an alleged terrorist organization and incitement to terrorism. He has also been promoted to research in Estonia.

2016. The Harju District Court sentenced Ramil Halilov and Romano Manko to Russian citizens living in Estonia for financing and supporting Sazanov's terrorist activities. The indictment shows that Halilov collected money from his knowledge in support of Sazanov. In turn, Manko visited Latvia in 2014, where he raised money for the "holy war".
The two accused knew that Sazankov would use this money to commit terrorism-related crimes.
