Kārlis Zirnis Appoints Candidates for World Championship – Sport

The head coach of the Latvian U-20 team, Kārlis Zirnis, has announced the composition of the 32-member group for the First Division Group A World Championship, to be held in Fisen , in Germany, from 9 to 15 December.

Latvian coaches under 20 included three goalkeepers, ten defenders and nineteen forwards on the roster. The largest representation in the ranks of the candidates comes from the Russian Junior Hockey League (MHL), represented by 14 players from HK Riga.
