The greatest pain is in babies whose mothers are addicted to drugs, who do not go to the test, or who do not register with the gynecologist. All gynecologists are tested for HIV because they are prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers and can reduce the risk of infections multiplied by 10. And that is the reality. In Latvia, there are currently 83 HIV-positive children, of whom 22 have already suffered AIDS, this is not only a bad indicator, it is also a very sad message because there is no nothing good there.
