Nordeka Manor will sell the Riga City Council at auction; starting price – 302 210 euros – in Riga

The Riga City Council plans to sell the existing estate from Nordeek to Riga Street Buļļu 16, whose managers owe nearly 60,000 euros to the municipality, said the representative of the Department of Property of the Municipality of Riga Baiba Gailīte

two administrative buildings of 230 square meters and 25 square meters, and a plot of 12,786 square meters.

The starting price of the auction is 302 210 euros. Auction stage – 3000 euros. Candidates can submit their application by 26 July.

According to Gailite, the Riga City Council, because of the privatization proposals received, has entrusted Nordecki Manor with the privatization of three buildings and land of 12,786 square meters at Buļļu Street 16. One of the objects is a monument of National importance, the tenants of privatization were the current tenant of SIA Nordek muiza.

The lease of the SIA Nordeikai mansion was completed in 1997 and the lease expired at the end of 2017.
