The business clbad segment remains stable, the prices of these apartments vary from 1600 euros to 2500 euros per square meter. 17% of this segment deals with apartments in new projects.
At the construction stage, there are currently about 700 business clbad apartments. At present, most apartments in this segment are under development in Skanstes district – 231 apartments, in Agenskalns – 147 apartments, in Mezaparks – 93 and in the center 211 apartments.
