Amendments to Payers and Royalty Recipients:

– if the recipient of the fees is in parallel a worker and the salary with him does not equal the minimum wage of one or more employers, the fee, if his monthly income reaches or exceeds the minimum wage, must be performed by the SLSD as an independent.
Changes in the VSAOI website for professional athletes – The object of a VSAOI professional athlete is two monthly minimum wages. If the salary of the professional athlete is less than twice the minimum monthly salary, the athlete's employer will be obliged to differentiate between the VSAOI and his own expenses.
Two new psychosocial rehabilitation services will be funded from the state budget: children receiving psychosocial rehabilitation services for palliative care and their families, and psychosocial rehabilitation services for people with oncological diseases and their families.
Family allowance for a child up to the age of six (inclusive) will be 215 euros, but for a child aged seven to 17 included – 258 euros (to date 95 and 114 euros respectively).
Compensation for a host family The execution of tasks will depend on the number of children supported. The amount of compensation awarded to a child in a foster home will correspond to the amount of child care allowance awarded to a person who cares for a child up to the age of At the age of one and a half, or 171 euros. If there are two children in the host family, the amount of compensation will be 222 euros, but if three children or more – 274 euros (to date – 113.83 euros, regardless of the number of children in the foster family). A transition period is envisaged for the National Social Insurance Agency (VSAA) to make the necessary changes to the information systems. That is, effective January 1, 2018, SSIA will recalculate the amount of compensation and the difference will be paid no later than July 31.
Social insurance contributions will be paid (for pension insurance, disability insurance and unemployment insurance) for people who receive remuneration for the exercise of their parental responsibilities and are not socially insured (for example, unpaid or self-employed).
Increase in the remuneration of the custody of the adoptable child to socially insured persons, which supports a child under 8 years old, – the amount of pay will be 70% of the basic salary of the country's insurance contributions. The other beneficiaries pay a fee of 171 euros. If the adopter takes care of several children at the same time, the next will receive a premium of 171 euros.
Existing family benefits are saved and the principles of identifying the number of children, taking into account all the children of the beneficiary. Thus, next year, the family allowance for the first child of the family will be 11.38 euros, for the second child 22.76 euros, for the third child 34.14 euros and for the fourth child and the following of 50.07 euros per month. From 1 January 2018, family allowances granted to children aged 20 (up to 19 years) will be paid until the age of 20 when they study in an institution. from general or vocational education and if they are not married. In addition, effective January 1 of next year, the benefit will also be paid to a child who enrolls in vocational programs and receives a scholarship, depending on the number of places funded by the state or municipalities. In order to allow SSIA to make the necessary changes to information systems, a transition period is envisaged: as of January 1, 2018, SSIA will recalculate the amount of the benefit and the difference will be paid no later than 30 April.
