The cost of the 60th anniversary of fireworks and sunbeam "Solar Life" has proven to be less than 100,000 euros to that originally announced and reached 370,000 euros, according to Latvian television (LTV).

Initially, representatives of the Municipality of Riga stated that the cost of the "Sun's Life" of 18 November amounted to 285,000 euros, but there were other more modest purchases for the project. The € 285,000 was paid solely for the implementation of the project, but a € 48,000 contract was also signed in advance for the production of the artistic concept of the show, but an additional € 37,000 was paid to musicians.

200,000 euros were allocated in light of the state budget-show, but the funding of the municipality of Riga was therefore not 85,000 euros, but 170,000 euros.

Note LTV – although the incomplete information in the media has been wandering for a month, the Riga City Council has not specified it. The largest amount was not indicated, as the media did not require these purchases, explained the representatives of the municipality.
