The last March Photo of the unfortunate "Opportunity" – Space – Science

Last May, Opportunity explored the so-called Insolence Valley, which has the size of two football fields and is full of shallow depressions.

Ironically, the Valley of Perseverance became a place where the opportunity was made when it took over the sandstorm in June, thus blocking the light of the robot.

Astronomers lost contact with the robot on June 10, but still have trouble contacting him for 8 months. The officially closed mission took place on February 13th.

However, before his dark days, the robot on Mars behaved like a tourist, photographing everything that was casual. From May 13 to June 10, 354 photos were taken in Opportunity, who then created a beautiful panoramic photo of a robot home.

In turn, the very last picture taken is very sad because it "sees only the darkness".
