The Farmers' Saeima, next week, December 5, invites farmers to attend a public meeting of the board of directors and council to be held in Jelgava at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Of Latvia, K. Helmanis iela 8, Jelgava, informs the representatives of the badociation.

Aleksijs Nipers, researcher LLU in the first part of the chain, is expected to present and invite to participate in the debate on scientific research "Evaluation of land use possibilities in Latvia in the context of climate policy".

Elita Benga, researcher at the Institute of Agrarian Research and Economics, will inform of the study "The contribution of large farms to the development of agriculture, taking into account the impact of RDP support ".

At the end of the first part, a meeting with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the LLU and the faculty is planned.

During the second part of the Open Council meeting, the Council meeting will deal with issues such as the diesel fuel limit for farmers, etc.
