Latvian songs are just as valuable or even more precious than the Bible, says Ieva Auziņa Szentivanyi. Mansard publishes his well-stocked collection "Dainas", in which songs are published in parallel in Latvian and English. "Much of the world speaks English, the songs are just as good or even more valuable than the Bible, but no one knows the songs outside of Latvia, and its value should not be lost," says Ieva Auziņa , Szentivanyi in the program "Culture Rondo" on Latvian radio
