The turnover of the "Forever" meat processing operator of the HoReCa segment has increased by 14.8%

The results of the Forevers meat processing company show that the company's turnover in the ten months of this year in the segment of hotels, caterers, restaurants, bars and cafes, or HoReCa, has reached 6.2 million euros. Compared with the respective periods of the previous year, HoReCa increased its turnover by 14.8% in the niche.

Forevers has been active in the HoReCa segment for several years and supplies its products to mbad catering, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and kindergartens in order to continue its growth and strengthen its position in the market. This year, in the space of 10 months, the company produced 2,570 tonnes of meat products for the HoReCa segment, representing 19.3% of Forever's total production during this period. According to the company 's forecast, the HoReCa segment will continue to grow by the end of the year, recording a growth of 15%, while in 2019, the company plans to increase 10% of its revenue in this segment, said Ilona Buka, Marketing Manager at Forevers.

According to Andrejs Ždans, a board member of Forever, "the HoReCa segment is no exception and competition in this niche is fierce. In addition, the end consumer has become even more demanding, paying more attention to product quality, food composition, manufacturing technologies, product delivery and service. This is why our cooperation partners have chosen to work with suppliers of HoReCa products able to meet these requirements. At the same time, trends have shown that domestically produced products are more demanding than imported products, as they guarantee a shorter production line and superior quality. "Forevers" is currently working in a targeted way on segment expansion. We are learning new trends and investing in training programs, in collaboration with industry leaders such as Chief Mārtiņš Sirmo, who is highly qualified to advise the development of the HoReCa line. "
