30. In June, just before 4:00 pm, two 13-year-old boys who had deposited their musical instruments – trumpets and clarinets – were beaten on the Freedom Square at the Riga Municipal Police Headquarters. The children left for a short time and felt that the musical instruments had disappeared.

In a conversation with a policeman, a tourist drew the attention of three men in distant places.

The men were arrested at Raina Boulevard, where the boys immediately recognized their belongings.

The lords insisted that the bags of musical instruments be left unnoticed, so they took for themselves. One man categorically denied his fault.

During a search, one of the boys saw that the pocket of his jacket also contained an MP3 player and a charger.

Men aged 29, 44 and 51 were arrested. At the same time, the parents of both boys were informed.
