Timma officially joins Sagittarius in the Greek superclub Olympiacos

Latvian basketball player Jānis Timm has officially signed an agreement with the Greek superclub Piraeus "Olympiacos", which also includes the leader of the Latvian team, Jānis Strēlnieks.

Timma died last season at the club of the Spanish Baskonia, which ended with the ULEB Euroleague "play off "and the final of the Championship of Spain. ULEB Eiroliku, on average, scored 7.6 points and gained 2.4 balls, while in the Spanish league he averaged 7.8 points and gained three rebounds.

Timmam's contract with Baskonia was concluded for another two years, but now the Spanish club is in agreement with Olympiacos as a basketball player. Timman would receive a million euros next season in Basconia, but now the Greek party will make that commitment, funding only a small part of the Spanish team.

The Olympiacos will be led by specialist David Blats next season after a failed season. Latvian basketball players from Blats are expected to be used mainly in third and fourth place.
