On 28 November, for the fourth time in Latvia, in the restaurant "Pullman Riga Old Town" took place in Latvia the tasting of the main Latvian wine products "The Latvian Wine and Fruit Program based on vegetables and fruits" 2018 As of this year, the best winemaking wines have been clarified.

The event was the opportunity to meet 12 winemakers and taste more than 90 varieties of fruit wines and berries. Each visitor to the wine list was asked to vote for the most enjoyable drink.

The event for the winegrowers was also special with another event – the opening of the website www.latvijasvinature.lv.

"We are united in the wonderful project" Development of Latvian Wine Tourism ", where everyone can find information about the vineyard on the website of the Latvian Wine Tour project. For each winegrower, you expect a tasting for which all contacts will be indicated on the home page, as well as information on the tourism closest to the vineyards ", this new project, created thanks to the support of the EAFRD and of the project. Richard Ivanov, member of the Board of Directors of the Latvian Wine Grower and Wine Company, talks about "the development of wine tourism in Latvia".
