At the beginning of July, the general construction agreement on the minimum wage has already signed 90% of the required quorum. Anete Ugaine, LBP public relations specialist (Latvian Building Contractors Partnership), informs Delfi.
The sectoral collective agreement, as specified by Ugaine, is supported by 211 construction companies with a total business figure of 641 million euros, but for the general agreement to enter into force, it must be supported by companies of a total amount of 713 million euros.
