Right-wing internet personality and commentator Laura Loomer caused a surprise during the GOP primary in Florida for the 21st Congressional District seat in the House.

Loomer, 27, who has been banned by Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for repeated cases of ‘hate speech’, was unable to take to social media to celebrate after beating five other candidates and winning over 42 % voices.

A Twitter account supporting the young political hopeful quoted her as saying in a fundraising email that “Congress is about to be Loomered,” a reference to the old slogan featured in its viral content. on the Internet.

“I will have many opportunities in the halls of Congress to confront the members of the Squad and to appeal to them on their support for the alliances of 4th communism and j1had1e,” she added.

Loomer is also banned by CPAC, GoFundMe, Venmo, MGM Resorts, PayPal, Lyft, Uber, and Uber Eats.

Florida’s 21st Congressional District includes Palm Beach County, where President Trump’s Mar-a-lago is located. He didn’t approve of the main race, but praised Loomer after his victory on Twitter.

“Great, Laura. You have a great chance against a Pelosi puppet! the commander-in-chief wrote on Tuesday evening.

While Trump didn’t jump on board right away, Loomer still got the endorsement of fellow Florida Rep Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.).

Gaetz defended Loomer at a fundraiser earlier this month saying, “When we find people that they are trying to make disappear or silence because they have chosen to speak out, we have to have their voice. back! And that’s why I’m proud to support Laura Loomer for Congress, ”according to Florida Politics.

Loomer will next face four-term Rep Lois Frankel (D-Fla.) In the largely blue quarter which the MP won with 60% of the vote in 2018.
