AMD's third-generation 32-core Threadripper processor has made its appearance in an online performance test that seems to show that this processor outperforms the next-generation generation of the previous generation by 30%.
This so-called incoming chip has already been spotted in Geekbench's results, code-named "AMD Sharkstooth", and the processor has now been found in the UserBenchmark database.
In this new benchmark spotted by the prolific TUM_APISAK leak, the 32-core processor (probably the next flagship product) is labeled as "ES1", which means that it's "a sample" technical "and perhaps even as an early sample (given the number 1 designation, with these chip examples generally getting newer versions, ie ES2).

Anyway, keeping this in mind, it shows a 32-core Ryzen Threadripper processor running on a 3.6 GHz base clock and a 4.2 GHz boost.
Since this is an early sample, it may not be the latest product speeds (of course, assuming this benchmark result is not falsified in any way, it could also be fully compensated).

Previous leaks from this 32-core chip have shown with a base clock of 3.6 GHz, just like here. Remember that the previous generation of Threadripper 2990WX 32-core was working with a base clock of 3.0 GHz, so it is a considerable advance.
With regard to the UserBenchmark score, the newly disclosed processor reached 5,649 points in the multithreaded test, and according to all accounts, the incoming processor is about 30% faster than the 2990WX obtained with this result.
And remember, of course, that, as we have already mentioned, this is still a technical sample, so it is unlikely that the Sharkstooth chip will reach full power.
Previous Geekbench leaks showed an increase of about 35% over the 2990WX. That's why these gains are exciting to say the least.
