The Ministry of Health and Population announced that Egyptian medical mission clinics for Hajj had received until Tuesday evening 1026 cases of illness where they had been screened and the necessary treatment, including 311 cases at La Hajj. Dr. Mohammed Dahi, head of Hajj's medical mission, said that kidney dialysis had been performed in one of Saudi hospitals and that another case had received chemotherapy. The medical team is coordinating with Saudi hospitals prior to dialysis sessions and chemotherapy to ensure that Egyptian pilgrims are fully supported by the medical service, as a medical team. the medical mission responsible for daily control of all the hospitals where detained pilgrims are in order to control them and to monitor their state of health.
He stressed that the prevention team continues to organize seminars to inform pilgrims about preventive measures, distribute leaflets and leaflets to identify infectious and non-communicable diseases and how to prevent them.
