He added: "Because the independence of the judiciary is the foundation of the construction of a just state, eleven deputies have signed the appeal, proposed by the Judges Club of Lebanon, in the finance law this year, after the amendments were made, which is essentially related to the unconstitutionality of the finance law, particularly with respect to its inclusion.The Knights of the budget, it is ie articles that can not be included in any budget, and articles that have violated the rights of the judiciary in violation of the provisions of the Constitution, thus paving the way for the highest Constitutional Council, the highest legal authority of the state, to pronounce the word clemency with the rest of the rule of law.
He added: "This call is in line with what has already been announced many times by the Lebanese Judges' Club in various positions and statements, on the reasons for the objection of the majority of judges to the project. budget, which infringed their legitimate rights in the form and on the basis of their withdrawal from work for forty-five days.Because they saw the acceptance of the officials of the judicial administration, in all its aspects, implicit in the new situation, where the justifications were followed and the rumors suggested to avoid the negative effects of the project without facing it, which weakened the position of the judiciary before the political authority, the second exploited the weakness of the first to impose his will again. "
