Dr. Mohammed Dahi, head of the Hajj medical mission, said Wednesday in a statement to the Ministry of Health that 160 cases had been admitted to Saudi hospitals, 117 were released after their recovery and that 43 cases are still in progress treatment. He stressed that the mission team was coordinating its activities with Saudi hospitals before conducting dialysis and chemotherapy sessions, to ensure that Egyptian pilgrims benefit fully from medical services.

Dahi pointed out that no case of infectious or epidemic disease has been discovered among Egyptian pilgrims before this morning.

He stressed that the prevention team continued to organize sensitization seminars for pilgrims to familiarize them with the preventive measures to be followed and with the distribution of leaflets and manuals for avoid sunburn, infections and infectious diseases, as well as ways to prevent them.

In the same context, Dr. Amr Kandil, Medical Attaché, General Supervisor of the Medical Mission for Hajj, and Dr. Mohammed Dahi, Chief of Mission, have developed a number of clinics to provide the best medical service to the Egyptian pilgrims.

Kandil stated that all clinics were attending a high attendance coinciding with the end of Hajj rituals, noting that most of the cases reported in the clinics suffered from general fatigue, muscle aches, colds, sore throat and fever. . Treatment needed.

He pointed out that the stock of drugs and medical supplies in all clinics had been reviewed, in addition to following the commitment of medical teams to meet deadlines, to praise the performance of medical teams in all clinics and to confirm the availability of all medications and medical supplies in clinics.

Kandil listened to clients' views on clinics to learn about their satisfaction with the medical services provided while renting the health services provided by the medical mission.
