Lebanese singer Magda El Roumi performs at the Carthage Festival
The International Carthage Festival announced Wednesday the program of the 54th session which includes a group of Arab and foreign singers. And a variety of pieces.
The new edition of the festival takes place from July 13 to August 17 at the Roman Archaeological Theater in Carthage. "The festival management chose a variety of musical, musical, theatrical and cinematic performances, and tried to maintain a good level that suited all tastes," said Mokhtar El-Raza, director of the Carthage Festival.
He added: "The artists participating in the new session of the festival are benefiting a large audience in Tunisia, such as Kazem Saher, Majda Roumi and Amina Fakht."
The new session begins with a concert titled "From Carthage to Seville" by the Tunisian musician Mohamed El Aswad of the Carthage Festival, presenting models of Tunisian, Algerian, Moroccan and Andalusian music .
The show will be attended by artists Ziyad Gharsa, Darwaf Al-Hamdani of Tunisia, Abeer Al-Abed of Morocco, Abbas Al-Rigi of Algeria and Mary Marina of Spain.
Tunisian star star Amina Fakht returns to the Carthage scene after a long absence by performing two concerts on July 21 and 24.
The singer, who is very popular with various age groups, has long been out of the limelight and has not participated in major art festivals since 2010.
The Lebanese star Marcel Khalife will be among the stars of the festival with its presentation on July 26, while the Iraqi concert will be held on July 31 and that the Lebanese star Magda Al Roumi will produce on August 15th.
The festival hosts stars Yousra Al Mahnoush, Hala Al Malki and Hbadan Al Dos of Tunisia, Melhem Zein and Heba Touji of Lebanon, Abo Egypt, Yasmin Ali, Palestine Amal Marks and Amir Dandan.
The festival will be hosted by composer and composer Willie William and Kenji Gerak, star of the French version of The Voice, and will present to the public the 100-voice Gusball 100, a performance of 100 artists and 25 nationalities.
The festival's program includes Tunisian director Fadel Al Jaziri's Tunisian "Al Hadra 3", a Tunisian musical entitled "Heritage", a Chinese ballet and a children's show entitled "Beniqueo" by Jean Jessou of France and a great show entitled "24 Perfume"
