Lebanese artist Ragheb Alama responded to old statements attributed to him on Moroccan women's abuses going back 18 years.
Ragheb Alamah said at a press conference on the sidelines of his participation in the IFFran International Festival: "The rumor that he allegedly mistreated Moroccan women and described them as gentle and cheap dates back to the 1990s , and was only a rumor. " .
He added: "His repeated attempts to deny the common increased his spread," claiming that no one could prove its validity.
On the other hand, Ragheb Alama expressed his great happiness with the success of the ceremony, through his personal page on the Instagram site.
