Ajax Amsterdam has qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League with a 2-0 win over AEK Athens in the fifth round of Group F matches.
Serbian midfielder Dushan Tadic was the hero of the match, opening the scoring in the 68th minute of the penalty kick and scoring his second goal for Ajax in the 72nd minute.
Ajax is in Group 5 with 11 points.
Ajax is one point ahead of second-placed Bayern Munich, who will meet Benfica later.
AEK Athens remained without a point in last place after losing its fifth consecutive victory.
