The Tunisian Football Confederation approved a landmark decision by the Maghreb player regarding the Maghreb region, namely the Maghreb, Algeria and Libya, which form the North African Football Confederation, with Egypt being a non-foreign player of the Tunisian Premier League.
The Tunisian Football Federation announced its decision to enter into force at its meeting on Friday night.
The decision was taken by players from the North African Confederation (Algeria, Morocco, Egypt and Libya) as local players from 19 December 2019.
In the details, the new law concerns only the clubs of the first professional badociation of the Tunisian league and excludes professional goalkeepers with their teams.
