Ismaili has begun negotiations with Libyan player Al-Shabab Moayyed Al-Lavi during the next winter transfer period.
The Egyptian Football Federation sent a letter to the Pbadport and Immigration Department on Thursday night to obtain a visa to allow the Libyan player to enter Egypt.
