The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) announced Friday the dispatch of a five-person delegation to inspect the Moscow factory on December 17.
Allow access to the Moscow factory and obtain data before the end of the year were part of the conditions set by the IAEA in September to lift the suspension of the agency Russian anti-doping.
The Russian authorities should also ensure that any new sample badysis required by WADA as a result of the data review be completed by June 30, 2019.
"Access to the laboratory and all of its data was one of the requirements of the September 20 decision to lift the suspension of the Russian agency," said Olivier Nigli, Director General of the IAEA, in a statement.
"The data lists represent the missing part of this puzzle, which will be integrated with WADA's information management systems and management information systems database, which will produce results regarding the McLaren report and the information management surveys. "

The World Anti-Doping Agency has set a deadline by 31 December to comply with the condition. If not, it will be considered non-compliant and will be subject to more severe sanctions as defined in international compliance standards.
The Russian anti-doping agency has been suspended since 2015 for allegations of systematic program sponsored by the state. A claim refused by Moscow.
The World Anti-Doping Agency lifted the suspension last September, causing a wave of anger against global sports institutions. The agency however said that its inability to reach the Moscow plant would result in a new ban.
Earlier this month, the International Federation of Athletics Federations (IAAF) decided to keep the Russian Federation suspended for the game, imposed since 2015 because of doping.
