Thousands of meteors have been seen in the sky these past two nights, accompanied by a meteor shower, a group of meteors appearing almost every year around December 14th. The meteors seem to come from a fictional point of the group of twins, so they are called twin meteors.
The director of the International Astronomy Center, member of the International Meteorological Organization, Mohamed Shaukat Odeh, explained that the cameras of the International Astronomy Center located in the desert of the United Arab Emirates had documented these meteors using specialized cameras that worked automatically, and recorded them through videos, and then sent them. To the main hub in Abu Dhabi.
"The first night of Thursday at 13-14 December, the stations recorded nearly 3,000 images of meteors. The second night, the cameras recorded about the same number, but strikingly, the meteors appeared in the second Friday night, Saturday, July 14. – December 15 was the longest, brightest and most beautiful.
The astronomer "Oda", located in the desert of the Emirates, has created entirely these astronomy stations. It was created entirely by the executives of the Center for International Astronomy, consisting of two stations. Each station contains 16 cameras covering the sky almost completely and can capture a meteor up to the seventh, it's a little hidden from what the naked eye can see, and the stations aim to monitor the meteor showers, as well that to describe the fall of satellites, and can thus determine the location of the fall of satellites on the Earth if that happens, and the International Astronomy Center this activity in cooperation with NASA, These stations have contributed a lot The work distinguished scientist published by the US NASA space agency, in addition to the publication of its results by the International Astronomical Union.
The return was preceded by a series of images of some of the meteors captured by weather stations that appeared in the United Arab Emirates sky from December 13 to 15.
