Qualcomm won a lawsuit against Apple Inc., which claims to have a recent patent for Qualcomm, which Apple has used on some Intel Corp. iPhone models.
According to the website "9to5mac", these violations are prohibited models for the iPhone, which fell under the patent infringement in Germany, namely "iPhone 8" and "iPhone 7".
Apple has expressed its attachment to the court's decision and said in a letter about it that she would stop selling both versions on the German market.
Qualcomm won a ruling earlier this month that Apple had also violated company patents in a lawsuit filed in Chinese courts.
