LONDON (Reuters) – Tottenham Hotspur said the English Premier League race would not only be odd after a 6-2 win against Everton on Sunday with goals from Harry Kane and Sun Hyung-min.
Everton arrived in the 21st minute after Dominique Calvert-Lewin's cross pbad to Theo Walcott, who scored for Hugo Lauris, and Tottenham equalized after a defensive foul by Everton goalkeeper Jordan Beckford and defender Kurt Zuma.
The Mauricio Buccetino team took advantage in the 35th minute over Daley Alee after Beckford had shot at Sun's goal. Three minutes before the break, the visitors took the advantage 3-1 when Kieran Tribier gave a free kick to score the post.
Christian Eriksen scored 4-1 early in the second half when Ken's shot hit Schaezmus Coleman to prepare for the impressive Danish top 20 meters. Everton narrowed the gap three minutes later with a low shot from Gilfy Sigurdson.
All hope for Everton came back when substitute Eric Lamela pbaded the ball to Sun to put Beckford ahead of Shake, and the stunning Sun scored the sixth goal with a superb deep pbad.
