The 2018 Asia Cup Organizing Committee organized a workshop for 5,000 volunteers at the Madinat Zayed Sports Stadium to announce the start of their training for the biggest event. edition of the history of the Cup of Asia.

Ahmed Al Qubaisi, director of marketing and communication of the local top committee responsible for the organization of the Cup, welcomed the high participation rate of the 23,000 candidates who participated in the tournament's volunteer program, which was selected in 41 languages ​​and representing 113 nationalities. 84, emphasizing that this high number reflects the spirit of social responsibility of the UAE community and its concern to contribute to the support of major sporting events organized by the State.
