Former French international Samir Nasri will return to West Ham's English Premier League football, the latter announcing a contract in midfield with the suspension suspended for doping.
The 31-year-old has been suspended for 18 months by the European Union to receive intravenous treatment, a method banned by the International Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Nasri will be able to return to the stadium from 1 January 2019.
