YouTube is testing a new way to add suggestions and post recommendations on the platform.
Suggestions will appear in a blue bubble directly under the video, where the recommendations will focus on content viewed from similar titles, content creators or even close to the display.
The advantage of this process is to filter the content that will be suggested to the user based on what he sees by using or clicking on a recommendation in the bubbles directly under the video, in order to limit user complaints that suggestions and posted content are not interconnected.
YouTube is currently testing the feature in a small category on both desktop and smartphone apps, and will be released in a larger category later.
