MADRID (Reuters) – Barcelona is "open" for the return of Brazilian star Neymar in an exciting exchange, while his compatriot Philippe Coutinho has settled in Paris Saint-Germain.
According to Graham Hunter, an expert in Spanish football at Sports Barcelona, "Barcelona will take advantage of the opportunity to exchange players later this year".
"Barcelona has great plans to win the services of Neymar if he is appointed to the transfer market, which is very acceptable to the Brazilian," Hunter told Sky Sports News.
Neymar left Barcelona to join the Paris Club in August 2017, against a £ 198m ($ 222m) deal that made him the most expensive player in the world.
